During Year 2, customers can receive 50% off a replacement TurboDak 3. Accidental damage, misuse, improper cleaning, and normal wear are not covered.

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. After review, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.
