1. Eligibility for Returns and Full Refunds

We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 14 days of the purchase date.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be in brand-new condition

  • Include original packaging, manuals, and accessories

  • Show no signs of wear, use, or damage

  • Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number, purchase date, and price)


2. How to Request a Return

  2. Once approved, we will provide the return instructions.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  4. Please ship the product back using a reliable courier (e.g., UPS, FedEx) with all original contents and documentation.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 10 business days.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • If necessary, we may deduct return shipping or restocking fees.


4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used, damaged, or opened products

  • Items missing original packaging or accessories

  • Returns requested after the 14-day period

  • Products without proof of purchase

  • Items with damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications


5. Warranty Coverage (For Reference)

Some products are covered under limited warranty:

  • Main Device Unit: 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects

  • Atomizers/Coils: 30-day limited warranty for factory defects

⚠️ Warranty does not cover consumables, glass parts, accidental damage, wear and tear, or improper use.
